La encuesta de calidad elaborada a raíz de las respuestas de los padres y madres de alumnos de NovaschoolSunland International ha elevado la percepción que tienen sobre el centro, mejorando su puntuación en varios de los apartados analizados y subiendo la puntuación final en medio punto en relación al curso lectivo 2011/2012. En total, la puntuación media es de 7,99 sobre diez, frente a los 7,55 del pasado curso.
La encuesta, cuyos datos han sido analizados en marzo de este mismo año, da una mayor puntuación a la enseñanza del idioma, a la calidad educativa y del profesorado y a las instalaciones y servicios del centro, incluyendo transporte y comedor.

The survey which was created from the response of parents has improved perceptions about Novaschool Sunland International; increasing its score in several of the sections analysed. The final score has increased by half a point on the academic year 2011/2012. Overall, the average score is 7.99 out of ten, compared with 7.55 in the previous year.
The data in this survey which was analysed in March this year, gives a higher score to the teaching of language, educational quality and the facilities of the school, including transportation and dining.
