Cuando me uní a Novaschool Sunland en 2004, nuestro Ciclo de Secundaria abrió con sólo 11 alumnos de Year 7, desde entonces, he visto como continúa creciendo y va viento en popa. Estoy muy orgullosa de decir que ahora tenemos una Secundaria próspera, con un alto nivel de rendimiento académico exigido por nuestro currículo.
En nuestra etapa de Secundaria, seguimos el Currículo Nacional Británico con Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) que se ofrece en Year 9 (Checkpoint), Year 11 (IGCSE) y en Year 12 y 13 (AS / A Level). Damos la bienvenida a los alumnos de todas las nacionalidades que en última instancia, desean continuar sus estudios superiores en universidades líderes en España, el Reino Unido y Estados Unidos, entre otros países.
Cuando los alumnos comiencen secundaria, serán recibidos por un equipo de profesores comprometidos que persiguen la excelencia académica en sus alumnos. Sin embargo, también somos conscientes de que el aprendizaje eficaz y obtener una formación integral, va más allá de los exámenes publicos. Por lo tanto, además de las clases, muchos de nuestros alumnos se dedican a una amplia variedad de actividades que van desde el deporte hasta el arte, la música y el teatro. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionarles oportunidades para desarrollar sus talentos a través del aprendizaje personalizado. En nuestro colegio, los alumnos no son simplemente un número en un registro; son personas con nombres, nos tomamos el tiempo necesario para conocerles, entender sus necesidades y fomentar cualquier carrera que elijan en su camino.

Directora de SecundariaWhen I first joined Novaschool Sunland in 2004 our Secondary School opened with only 11 students in Year 7, since then I have watched it grow and go from strength to strength. I am so proud to say we now have a thriving Secondary School with a high level of academic achievement across the curriculum.
Our Secondary School follows the British National Curriculum with Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) offered in Year 9 (Checkpoint), Year 11 (IGCSE) and in Years 12 and 13 (AS/ A Level). We welcome pupils from all nationalities who will ultimately obtain places at leading universities in Spain, the UK and America, among other countries.
When you come to our Secondary School you will be greeted by a team of committed teachers who pursue academic excellence in their subjects. However, we are also aware that effective learning and obtaining an all-round education goes well beyond public examinations. Therefore in addition to lessons, many of our pupils engage in a variety of activities ranging from sports to art, music and drama. We aim to provide them with opportunities to develop their talents through personalised learning. At our school you are not simply a number on a register; you are a person with a name, we take the time to get to know you, understand your needs and nurture you whatever career path you choose.
