En Sunland somos muy afortunados de tener esos hermosos jardines que rodean el colegio. Year 2 han salido de clase y han recreado escenas de nuestro entorno como parte de nuestro tema en Arte, “La Madre Naturaleza”. En primer lugar nos fijamos en los diferentes colores, diferentes texturas y líneas de los objetos de la naturaleza. Luego se utilizó la corteza de los árboles para producir multitud de patrones diferentes.
Como se puede ver en la foto, hemos estado utilizando diferentes recursos para ayudarnos con los números en matemáticas. ¡Los alumnos han estado trabajando muy duro y deben estar muy orgullosos!
Galería fotográficaWe are extremely lucky at Sunland to have such beautiful grounds surrounding our school. Year 2 have been out and about using this ground studying our current topic in art, ´Mother Nature´. Firstly we looked at the various different colours, textures and lines in natural objects. Then we used the bark of trees to produce many different patterns.
As you can see from the picture, we have been using various different resources to help us with our number work in maths. The pupils have been working very hard and should be very proud of themselves.
