Cártama, 20th November. Today, students of Year 2 did their first radio show. Microphones were set up and the show was recorded. Elena´s mum (Anja) came to explain to the students about how to do a radio programme as this used to be her job. Year 2 were captivated by the show and they participated by asking the show´s guest (Mr. James) different questions about when he was in Year 2.
This was a wonderful opportunity for the students to broaden their knowledge of the working world, which is the topic they are currently studying. Students even came up with a jingle to start and finish the show which Anja presented.
Once again we´d like to thank all involved, especially Anja, and we look forward to learning more about the working world.
