Málaga, 8 de octubre de 2012. El próximo jueves 11 de octubre a las 17:30 horas el gran triatleta Marcel Zamora dará una conferencia
en el salón de actos del Colegio Novaschool Añoreta, siendo esta la primera conferencia que dará en territorio Andaluz.
Marcel Zamora explicará a los asistentes a dicha conferencia su experiencia personal como deportista de élite en el mundo del duatlón
y triatlón, y además, presentará su último libro titulado Quien quiere una vida mejor.
Este barcelonés de 34 años, Campeón de Cataluña de Duatlón y Triatlón, lleva practicando deporte toda su vida, iniciándose en el
mundo del duatlón y triatlón en el año 1996, afirma que “ El triatlón es parte de mi vida y creo que es un estilo de vida increíble, toda
la gente que he conocido y he compartido experiencias, todos los sitios que he visitado y lo bien que me ha hecho sentirme durante
tanto tiempo”.
Entre sus grandes logros cabe destacar los siguientes:
1998: 3º Junior en el Campeonato del Mundo de Duatlón ( St. Wendel, Alemania).
2003: Subcampeón del mundo de duatlón de larga distancia (Barcis, Italia).
2006: Campeón del Ironman de Francia (Niza) y 1º Ironman 70.3 Mónaco
2007: Campeón del Ironman de Francia (Niza) y 1º Ironman 70.3 Mónaco
2008: Campeón del Ironman de Francia (Niza)
2009: Campeón del Ironman de Francia (Niza), 1º Embrunman , 1º Challenge Barcelona- Maresme y 2º Tristar Andalucía
2010: Campeón del Ironman de Francia (Niza) y 1º Embrunman

Málaga, October 8th, 2012. The great triathlete Marcel Zamora will be giving a lecture this Thursday, October 11th, at 17:30 at the Novaschool Añoreta auditorium. This will be his first talk in Andalucía.
Marcel Zamora will talk about his personal experience as a top athlete in the world of duathlon and triathlon, and he will also present his latest book entitled Quien quiere una vida mejor.
Aged 34, born in Barcelona and current duathlon and triathlon Champion of Catalonia, he has been practicing sports throughout his life. He begun in the world of duathlon and triathlon in 1996, and now states: “Triathlon is part of my life and I think it is an incredible way of life. Everyone I have met and shared experiences with, all the places I have visited… All those things have made me feel so good for so long”.
Some of his best results are the following:
