El pasado martes, 12 de marzo, los ganadores del concurso de carnaval fueron invitados al despacho del director para ser felicitados, personalmente, por sus disfraces así como por su “carnavalesco” comportamiento en el día del carnaval. Los ganadores fueron elegidos en base, no sólo de su disfraz, sino también de la forma en que hicieron el papel de su personaje. Los niños/as se sentaron en la oficina del director y hablaron con él acerca de sus disfraces. Después de eso, se les entregó un bono por valor de 5 euros para comprar libros en Bookworld en Inglés.
On Tuesday, 12th March, the winners of the carnival competition were invited to the Principal´s office to be personally congratulated for their costumes as well as their ´carnival-like´ behaviour on the day. Winners were chosen based not only on costume, but also on how they acted the part. The children sat in the Principal´s office and spoke to him about their costumes. After that, they were each awarded a book voucher for 5 euros to spend at Bookworld to buy books in English.
