Estimado Dr. Woolley,
Soy Luchy Lobato, madre de 2 niñas y quisiera transmitirle mi opinión sobre Sunland a Ud., a su personal, así como a otros padres.
Como sabrá, por razones personales y a mi pesar, mi hija mayor cambió de Colegio el año pasado. Ella ahora cursa 4º Eso en IES Benalmádena. Al empezar el curso, el Instituto no tenía calificaciones anteriores del nivel educativo de mi hija y por ello entró directamente al nivel medio. Al mes la pasaron al nivel superior. Después de 2 meses tuvieron lugar las tutorías con los padres y me sentí abrumada por los comentarios de sus profesores, tutora y hasta del Director del Instituto, de lo bien preparada que estaba en las asignaturas. No podían ser más explícitos sobre su alto nivel educativo.
Otro asunto que quisiera mencionar y dar la enhorabuena al colegio, es la atención que recibo cuando solicito hablar con un profesor. En el mismo día recibo una llamada del profesor y
concertamos una cita enseguida. Puedo confirmar que hablar directamente con un profesor sobre cualquier asunto no es la norma en otros colegios.
El trato que recibo siempre en Sunland es servicial, rápido y la actitud de los profesores/personal es ideal. Su primera preocupación es el niño y buscan encontrar soluciones a cualquier asunto especial o necesidad especifica que pudiera tener.
Mis hijas han cursado en Sunland, una durante tres años y la otra ya va por el quinto y
personalmente considero que el Colegio tiene un excelente nivel de educación y de instalaciones.
En nombre de mi familia y en el mío propio deseo mostrar apoyo al colegio, por este cuidado,
nivel educativo y trato personal.

My name is Luchy Lobato, the mother of 2 girls and I would like to convey my personal feeling about Sunland if I may to the Staff, as well as to other parents.
As I am sure you know, for personal reasons and with great regret, my eldest daughter changed school last year and she is now at IES Benalmadena. As the Instituto had no knowledge of my eldest’s academic level, she was placed into the standard module and within 1 month she was upgraded to the 1st level. After 2 months, parent/teacher meetings were held and I was overwhelmed by the comments from her teachers, tutor and even the Director of the Instituto of how well prepared she was in all subjects. They couldn’t have been more explicit of her high level of preparation.
Another item I would like to mention and congratulate the school, is the direct attention I receive when I request an appointment with a teacher. Within the same day, I receive a phone call from the Teacher and the arrangements are made immediately. I can confirm that this procedure of being able to speak to teachers on a one to one basis is not the normal case in other schools.
The response I have always received at Sunland is quick, helpful and the attitude of the teacher’s/staff ideal. Their first concern is the child and look to find solutions to any special attention/or any specific item that my child may need.
My children have been in Sunland, one for 3 years and the other is now going on her 5th and I personally feel that the School has an excellent level of education and facilities.
On behalf of my family and myself, I would like to give my support to the School for their care, level of education and personal treatment.
