[:es]El pasado mes de septiembre se daba a conocer el listado de nominados al Mejor Docente de España de la segunda edición de los Premios Educa y dos malagueños pasan a la final, siendo uno de ellos Ali Bagherian, profesor de Secundaria y Bachillerato en el colegio Novaschool Añoreta (Rincón de la Victoria) desde el curso 2002-2003, que además imparte la asignatura de Economía de la Empresa en Novaschool Sunland (Cártama) desde el curso 2017-2018, como parte de la fase específica a la que se quiera presentar el alumnado para subir nota de cara al acceso a la Universidad.
Durante 15 años, Bagherian ha coincidido con multitud de alumnos con los que ha compartido experiencias, y en los que sin duda este profesor de Filosofía, Historia y Cultura emprendedora y empresarial ha dejado una huella imborrable. Estos mismos alumnos han sido quiénes han llevado a su profesor hasta esta nominación ya que para estos premios los docentes no pueden presentar su candidatura, deben ser propuestos por su alumnado y/o antiguos alumnos, y/o por sus familias.
Entre los motivos que han impulsado a los alumnos y familias a proponer a su profesor Ali Bagherian como Mejor Docente de España está sin duda su implicación tanto profesional como personal: ‘’pongo mucha pasión en cada clase, creo que para mis alumnos resulta evidente que estoy dónde quiero estar y que creo en lo que hago. Adoro mi trabajo, por eso preparo y siento cada clase como si fuera la más importante’’.
Ali Bagherian es de esos profesores que hacen que sus alumnos piensen y reflexionen, y es que como el propio Bagherian plantea, ‘’en un mundo donde abunda la información y además lo hace de forma fugaz, promover el pensamiento crítico en el aula se convierte en una de las competencias más importantes’’. Para Ali Bagherian esta nominación supone ‘’una inyección de ánimo que me confirma y me hace saber que estoy en el buen camino; despeja esas dudas que surgen a veces en el ejercicio de la autocrítica y al mismo tiempo me plantea el desafío de mantener mis convicciones y de reinventarme a diario’’.
El pasado mes de abril, Bagherian presentaba junto a Francisco Barrionuevo, CEO y profesor de economía de Novaschool, el libro de texto ‘’Cultura emprendedora y empresarial’’ elaborado de forma conjunta entre los dos profesores y que desde el curso pasado se utiliza en las aulas de 1º de Bachillerato. Además, en los últimos años Ali Bagherian ha publicado más de 40 vídeos educativos de gran utilidad para los alumnos de Bachillerato y que cuenta con multitud de visualizaciones.
La fecha en la que conoceremos a los ganadores será el próximo 10 de enero de 2019. La entrega de premios a los Mejores Docentes se celebrará en el 2º Congreso Mundial de Educación, EDUCA 2019, durante los días 21, 22 y 23 de febrero en Santiago de Compostela.
