Enrolment fees must be renewed every school year. For alumni, payments will be issued in April, along with the regular school fee. For new students, the enrolment fee will be paid upon enrolment; siblings will paid as alumni.

School Fees

The school fees will be paid by direct debit form the 1st to the 3rd of each month (From September to June). The school services are contracted annually.

Rates are subject to a commitment to stay in Novaschool Sunland Calahonda for an entire school year. If a student is withdrawn during this period, Novaschool Sunland Calahonda will settle the payment/s corresponding to the remaining months of the current school year.(Excluding exceptional circumstances beyond control)

Family discounts: The third child and successive children in a family receives a 44% reduction in tuition.

Notes:

Books: Text books are to be purchased by the parents at the school.

Materials: To be provided by the school.

Public (External) examinations fees in Years 9-11-13: prices vary depending on the subject.

Notice of Student Withdrawal

The school requires a written notice prior to student withdrawal.

Rates are subject to a commitment to stay in Novaschool Sunland Calahonda for an entire school year. If a student is withdrawn during this period, Novaschool Sunland Calahonda will settle the payment/s corresponding to the remaining months of the current school year. Parents are advised to read the Explanatory Notes thoroughly before submitting a formal application for enrolment.

Tuition fees
The school fees will be paid by direct debit form the 1st to the 3rd of each month. Payment in cash is not normally permitted.

Families who wish to pay the full year’s fees in advance will receive a reduction of 5% for payments made before 30th June. Payments before31st July will receive a reduction of 3%.

All rejected invoices or unpaid fees must incur a 15% surcharge due to the cost of issuance, repayment costs, bank interest and the administration of the delay caused.

The school reserves the right to refuse to exclude students if all fees and payments are not met. Due notice in writing will be given before such an exclusion.

No student records, recommendations or reports will be released until all financial obligations have been met.

Textbooks

Secondary school students must purchase textbooks which form part of their own library including study material and revision aids. Additional texts and other resources based in the classroom are included in the fees.

The Fee Structure is reviewed annually by the Board and will be increased annually.
